HANDPICKED REWARDS is our loyalty program, designed to reward you with exclusive discounts as you earn points! As a HANDPICKED REWARDS Member, you will be eligible to earn points whenever you make a purchase, refer a friend, write a product review, or share your love for AMOREPACIFIC on social media.

  • • Refer a friend: Your friend will receive a promotional code redeemable for $20 off their purchase of $100+, and once your friend completes their purchase, you will receive 500 points (redeemable for $20 off) (2)
  • • Purchases: earn 1 point per dollar spent (3)
  • • Leave a Review: 25 points (4)
  • • Birthday Bonus: tell us when your birthday is, and we will give gift you 150 points (5)
  • • Visit our Facebook page: 15 points (6)

Members who purchase above $500 within the last 12-month period, will be upgraded automatically to the “Vintage” Tier on the day after meeting the criteria. Members who purchase above $800 within the last 12-month period, will be upgraded automatically to the “Reserve” Tier on the day after meeting the criteria. The “Vintage” and “Reserve” Tiers will be valid for 12 months after the date of upgrade. You must spend at least $500 during such 12-month period to maintain your “Vintage” Tier status or spend $800 during such 12-month period to maintain your “Reserve” Tier status for the subsequent 12-month period.

You have automatically been enrolled in the HANDPICKED REWARDS program. Just log into your account!

Existing account holders as of February 22, 2021 will be automatically enrolled in the Program, and their Tier will be determined based on the past 12-month purchase history associated with their Accounts. A total of 50 Points will be credited to their Accounts. No other Points will be earned or credited for past purchases.

At checkout, you will have the option to redeem your points if eligible. For every 300 Points accumulated, you may redeem them for $10 off your purchase. For every 500 Points accumulated, you may redeem them for $20 off your purchase. Points may only be redeemed in 300 or 500 Point increments, and a maximum of 500 Points may be redeemed per transaction. Or, you can also redeem your points for promotional goods listed in your rewards page. Points are non-transferrable, have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent. All point redemptions require a purchase. See Terms Terms for details.

Yes, they can expire. Your points will expire if your Account neither earns points nor redeems points for rewards for a period of one (1) year.

Your current tier is calculated based on your total spend within the last 12-month period. If you go down a tier, you will still retain your previously earned points, except in the case of account inactivity in any 12-month period (see question 7 above)

Click on the account symbol in the top right corner to see how many points you have accumulated.

Don’t worry, sometimes it takes a few minutes for our system to process and apply points to your account. If you don’t see the points reflected in 24 hours, please reach out to support@amorepacific.zendesk.com

Any points associated with the order will be deducted from your account balance.

We are sorry to see you go! Please reach out to support@amorepacific.zendesk.com and we will deactivate your account. You may re-enroll in HANDPICKED REWARDS at any time, but your points balance will be reset to zero
