Only items where the Auto-Replenishment Subscription is available will qualify for replenishment benefits. You must be logged into an AmorePacific.com account to submit an Auto-Replenishment
Subscription order. Your credit/debit card details will be saved for future processing. Your enrollment in the Auto-Replenishment Subscription will
automatically renew at the applicable purchase price + tax every 30, 60, 90, or 120 days and will continue until and unless you cancel.

Subscription order you are authorizing AMOREPACIFIC to charge your chosen payment method for future orders at the frequency you have selected.

When you purchase product(s) and enroll in Auto-Replenishment Subscription, you are signing up for continuous shipments of such products. You may select how often you would like your product(s) delivered to you (every 30, 60, 90, 120 days). On all Auto-Replenishment Subscription orders (initial and subsequent), you are eligible to receive 10% off on all Auto-Replenishment Subscription qualifying products,
as well as free UPS Ground Shipping.

It’s easy to edit your subscription! You can manage or make changes to your subscriptions at any time, by logging into your account, clicking “Manage Subscriptions” and following the prompts (e.g., view the status of your subscriptions, add or reactivate a subscription). Any changes you make will be reflected in your next shipment, except for changes initiated while an order is in process (i.e., your payment has been charged but you have not yet received your shipment), in which case they will be reflected after the current order has been completed.

If you need a break, you
can log into your membership and skip a shipment! This means you are still an active subscriber but will not be billed for your next shipment as long as you
make the changes before you’re notified of your next upcoming shipment. However, you will continue to be billed on the next Auto-Replenishment Subscription shipment per your subscription
period.

It is very important to make sure to cancel your subscription before the next order date if you do not want to continue with your subscription. Auto-Replenishment Subscription orders are Final Sale and we are
unable to refund paid subscriptions, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

Your Auto-Replenishment Subscription automatically recur every 30, 60, 90, or 120 days depending on your subscription period. Your first charge will occur when you place your first order. When a subscription is set to renew, our payment system automatically re-bills and charges you to extend the subscription for subsequent terms until and unless you cancel. If the charge is not successful, you will need to log into your account to update your saved credit card information for your shipment to be processed.

Once your order has been
processed and packed by our warehouse, a UPS tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use this number to track your order’s progress.

Changes to your shipping
information can be made by logging into your account and clicking ‘Manage Subscriptions’. Please note any changes will apply to the upcoming order. Once your recurring order is charged, we are unable to make any changes.

There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds given on subscriptions unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. All Auto-Replenishment Subscription orders are final and refunds are not given for “incorrect choices”, “change of mind” purchases, or “exchanges”.

Yes, we’ll send you an

Gift with purchase promotions may apply to orders with Auto-Replenishment Subscription items on the initial order only. Discount promotions will not be applied to Auto Replenishment Subscription items.
AMOREPACIFIC may, in its sole discretion, change the ability to combine Auto-Replenishment Subscription items with other promotions without notice.

All Auto-Replenishment
Subscription orders are eligible to receive Handpicked Rewards points. Your account will be credited for the transaction total after discounts, not including tax. Carts with Auto-Replenishment Subscription products will be able to add Handpicked Rewards discount and/or product redemptions on initial order and following replenishments. To add a Handpicked Reward discount and/or product redemption,
you must do so in your accounts page 24 hours prior to processing. If there is a Points Multiplier promotion during the time that your replenishment order is processed, then your account will be credited the additional points based on your tier for every dollar spent after the discount and before tax.

Your enrollment in the Auto-Replenishment Subscription will automatically renew at the applicable purchase price + tax every 30, 60, 90, or 120 days and will continue until and unless you cancel.  Cancel any time prior to the next renewal date. AMOREPACIFIC, in its sole discretion may alter, limit, or modify the Auto-Replenishment Subscription rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility, or any other feature of Auto-Replenishment Subscription.

AMOREPACIFIC may terminate Auto-Replenishment Subscription at any time at its sole discretion, without prior notice.  


*Points have no cash value (not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent), and may only
be redeemed for discounts on AMOREPACIFIC products purchased online or for
certain promotional goods listed on our membership rewards page. Points will automatically expire if no purchases made on Handpicked Rewards account for a 12-month period following last purchase date.  See Loyalty
